Biographie
Daisy Dee was born under the sun of the Caribbean island called Curacao. As the youngest and only sister of 2 brothers. Her mother being a social worker and her father a car salesman she was always surrounded by many types of people.
After the dead of her father, her mother and he brothers decided to find a better life in Holland, because in Curacao it was impossible at those times to give your children a healthy education when there is no man in the house. And her mother was not interested in remarrying anytime soon.
So they left to Holland to start a new life. And that was the destiny of Daisy’s complete future.
At the age of 8 her mother Malva discovered that Daisy was winning all the talent shows around her globe. And even bring home some money from time to time. She never took it serious, but was always happy to see her daughter glowing thru their bad times.
At the age of 10 Daisy had to perform on the birthday of the major in her home town. It was a beautiful performance that got a standing ovation and the front page of all the local newspapers. This was the moment that her mother knew that her daughter is serious business.
So at the age of 14 she started her modeling career witch opened her eye even more for beauty and creation. That was the time she decided that she wanted to finish her fashion academy, witch she did.
Beauty was always Daisy’s fascination, so it couldn’t stop just there. So she also continued to study interior decorating in Belgium.
At the age of 17 Daisy and her mother just couldn’t see eye to eye, so her mother decided that she had to leave home. So Daisy was forced to find a job and start her own life at such a young age. She worked in one of the hottest club in Germany during the weekends. And weekdays she still attended school. She new that her education was the strength for her future.
One evening at the 10th anniversary of that club they invited one of the hottest acts on that moment to come and perform. After the performance of only one song and the voice coming straight from the record the audience were quit disappointed. So Daisy jumped on stage to convince the audience that its all about having a good party wetter the voice comes from the record or it’s live.
So started to sing acappala. To everybody’s surprise her voice sounded exactly like on that record, but only this time there was no music to back It up. The producers ran to the stage to see who was the voice behind their own record and they immediately made a studio appointment to rerecord that legendary dance song “pump up the jam” by Technotronic with her voice.
After she was in the studio she met another female that called Manuela Kamosi (a.k.a Ya Kid K) Ya Kid was a die hard Hip-Hop chick that didn’t feel anything for commercial music, but after writing pump up the jam we inspired each other to write the first Technotronic album and many other international smash dance hit’s. Daisy looked unstoppable appearing on different award shows, going on tour with Madonna and meeting the most incredible artists in the world, but the dream didn’t last for to long.
3 years later the band decided to call it quits and Daisy continues her career on her own. She was invited by German producers to relive what they call vocal Techno music and she successfully made a Hit song with a band called U96 (love Religion). This was the start of also the television hosting career of Daisy.
She was invited by a station called VIVA (aqiubelant to MTV) to host a dance show called “Club Rotation” this show became a success that lasted for over 8 years. At this show Daisy had also the opputruntiy to show her scills as a fashion designer by weekly having a crazy design to entertain their audience. She also hosted a show called night club that she produced herself where she interviewed stars like Wyclef Jean, Usher, Busta Rhymes, Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Destiny’s Child and the list goes on and on. This was also a platform for her to start her own fashion collection called CIO by Daisy Dee (CIO standing for Check It Out). Time and Daisy’s success was going on and she kept up making records with different producers from Germany successfully. She also found the time to keep up with her interior decorating skills.
Trough her travel she met many interesting people. But one men that intreath her a lot was Toni Cottura. And togheter they decided to write music, so they wrote songs for acts like The Backstreet Boys and ‘N sync. Onfortunally the weight of their success was to havy for them to continue their relationship, so after many hits, golden platinum plates they decided to spilt their ways.
This was a big lost for Daisy but she still kept on going. Her brother DJ June a.k.a Pappa Bear who is also a talented and succesfull musicion kept her going and showed her that her acting skills are also good enough to work with. So after following one year of acting school in Germany she started to play in a daily soap for the period of 2 years.
Al these experiences shaped her to the women that she is today wether its singing on a cool dance record, MCing to make the audience move or designing to feest your eyes. Daisy is a professional alrounder that knows the showbiz highs and lows. She is a unstoppable fire that keeps on going and glowing day by day. She is still living her dream and knows exactly how it is to feel number one, but to keep completely grounded.

Daisy Rollocks (Pseudonym: Daisy Dee; * 4. September 1970 auf Curaçao,
Niederländische Antillen) ist eine Sängerin, Schauspielerin und
Fernsehmoderatorin, bekannt insbesondere in den deutschsprachigen
Ländern.Daisy Rollocks zog im Alter von 8 Jahren nach Europa. Neben
ihrer Muttersprache Niederländisch spricht sie Englisch, Spanisch und
Deutsch. In den Niederlanden lebte sie in Roermond, wo sie eine kleine
Boutique für Streetwear besitzt. Auch heute entwirft sie noch gerne
Mode.Nach ihrem Schulabschluss wollte sie zunächst Innenarchitektur
studieren. Doch während sie in einer Discothek jobbte, die für ihre
Livekonzerte bekannt war, brach eines Abends eine Band den Auftritt nach
dem ersten Lied ab. Als die Menge lautstark nach mehr verlangte, griff
Daisy zum Mikrofon und gab eine Kostprobe ihres Könnens. Ihr Auftritt
beeindruckte nicht nur das Publikum, sondern auch zufällig anwesende
Vertreter einer Plattenfirma. So begann sie eine Zusammenarbeit mit
mehreren verschiedenen Projekten, die hoch in die Charts einstiegen, wie
"This beat is Technotronic", oder "Crazy" (sechs Wochen Nummer 1 der US
dance charts).1998 gründete sie zusammen mit Toni Cottura ihre eigene
Produktionsfirma Booya Music, die Songs für Künstler wie Nana, die
Backstreet Boys, N'Sync und ihren Bruder Pappa Bear produziert hat.
